  • Whatever you’re feeling, it’s okay. Add an ellipses with “… and that’s okay” to whatever you’re experiencing in the moment. For example, “I’m so angry right now… and that’s okay.”
  • Then, write down what you’re feeling. Write down the shifts. Write down who you’d be without that feeling. Then, get it out. Create an email address for your Higher Power, so you can get the words down and get it out of you.
